Volunteer work in Miami

Hey guys, I'm gonna be in Miami for thanksgiving and xmas and I would like your suggestions on where I can volunteer by giving out food or something along those lines. I've been searching online and it seems like I may be too late for Thanksgiving. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
