Weight Watchers for Men

Anyone ever use Weight Watchers for Men to lose a couple pounds? Trying to shed a little weight and a friend suggested it. It's basically counting calories but you pay for the app to keep track and what not.

Thoughts? Complaints? Discuss...

^^ i think barkley means, making money off being a spokesperson for weigh watchers is a scam, not the actual plan.... its free money for him and he doesnt do much

my pops has been using it for the last few months and it seems to be working. he was always a hefty fellow but seems to be down about 50 pounds since around Q1 of this year.

cant really argue with results. some people need certain motivations and or tools to help them meet their desired results.
