You can buy microfibre towels and a soft brush (boar hair or similar) at any store that has an auto detailing section. Not sure what type of material you're trying to clean but if it's a leather based shoe (which is rare these days) you can just use leather cleaner from the same auto detailing section. Bonus is that you can use these products on your ride too.

If it's a mesh shoe, I just wrap 'em in a hoodie or thick t-shirt and toss them in the washing machine.

I'd use the foam sneaker cleaner in a can that you can find everywhere. More convenient to use than Jason Markk.
