I think at the age of 19 I was a beast. I went from 2 1/2 hours to a 1 1/2 these days. Like for really though, in my prime I was doing the 2 1/2 hour thinglight.

In all seriousness, it's different for men and women-For guys, we hit our prime around 18-27, and for ladies, its 22-31. That's why older women likeguys our age.
