I plan on grilling some steak for the 1st time this weekend and I was wondering if you guys had any marinades or steak rub recipes that I could experiment with... Who is the Bobby Flay of NT? Good looks in advance

Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Paprika, Cajun Spices, Garlic Butter, Onions, Garlic.

thread from last weekend had decent suggestions:

some were saying.. some basic kosher salt, ground pepper, and some olive oil. Leaving most of the flavors to come from the meat itself..

personally ive had great success with this stuff called CHICAGO STEAK seasoning by WEBER.. its a seasoning blend that you grind onto both sides..

a little salt & pepper
