Champion imo. I have the same exact type of hoody in the link posted in Navy, Grey, Black, Olive, Purple, and Blue. I got all of them offeBay BNWTs for $9.99 to $12.99 a piece plus shipping. I also have a thinner type of Champion hoody in about 4 colors that I copped off eBay for $21 shipped apiece.
