lol...it looks like thats the size for the strap. i would imagine they have to put a size on it since the straps are detachable and they arent gonna make adifferent size strap for each shoe size. so instead they use a stretchy material and make it for a range of sizes....such as 10-11 in this case.

yea i believe its the size so the strap isnt too small/big for the shoe
