Forget a timeline..."Grown Folk" music is music from anybody with soulful vocals, and the lyrics are thought provoking. You're actually listeningto the story this artist is painting. Chris Brown has 0 vocals, so he will never have "Grown Folk" music - just some young kat trying to sing about gettin it poppin
