What Identity Theft Protection or Credit Reporting Company Do You Use and Why?

Sup NT.  I have some ITP (Identity Theft Protection) through Trilegiant but I was wondering what you all are using and why?  They send me notices if there is an inquiry but as far as the credit report it is only updated quarterly.  I heard some things about creditkarma but are they legit?  I'm thinking about switching.
 
Was someone just watching Celebrity Apprentice?? Life Lock seems pretty secure. . .
