I'll put the vid in the next post...don't know where the embed feature is anymore
Quite possibly the most ridiculous commercial I've seen in a minute....and you know if it was real, that kid w. the zits woulda murked Alex in the lockerroom afterwards....
I get that you're trying to convey sportsmanship in this ad, but couldn't the folks behind the commercial have thought of a more realistic scenario?I'm sorry, but no one in their cot dam mind would be THIS honest...
I remember that commercial. Most refs wouldn't reverse their call anyways just out of ego.
I thought this was going to be about the dude in the NCAA tourney a few years ago whos team was up 2 with the ball and like 1 second left and they inboundedthe ball and he took off running holding up 2 fingers and celebrating, tweet! traveling violation, .8 on the clock, other team hits a 3 and wins. I beat hecouldn't step back on campus for a week
at that commercial
i wouldve beat his $++.
seriously who thinks these commericials up?
i gotta see this vid
i remember that, i think it was Kansas State or someone. biggest fail i've ever seen in my life.
that kid in the vid would have gotten murked... you do NOT do that. and like someone said, the ref wouldn't even admit that he got the call wrong. he'dprobably just look at the kid like he's crazy.
I see you, JRain.
I was in a post tourney last weekend and the ref called carry on me on a hesitation jumpshot (not a carry because I didn't dribble again). Iargued with him and he nodded his head and admitted I was right ("you had your hand underneath the ball, so I called carry, but I guess what you saidmakes sense too."), but no call reversal.
Anyways, dude was right. It was only the Big 12 Quarter final but still. This dud Pervis Pasco is playing overseas right now. This is worse than theWebber timeout thing IMO.
that guy must felt like an #$*#*@@ fool
That kid looked about as guilty as someone who just committed a murder, not touched a looseball in a basketball game.
Refs miss plenty of calls throughout a game, I'll be damn if I give one up if it benefits me.
If a call you know is incorrect benefits you, just be thankful and keep it moving. No need to do that
that was pretty dumb....
LOL! Dude is a lame. Coach shouldve got at him.
the nba needs more of these type of commercials. just not as corny
It's intentions were good but that is one of the most unrealistic commcercials Ive ever seen...
