What is this B.T.A stuff going on in Youth/ High School Football?

Just saw some clips on YouTube of some highschool and youth football teams actually bringing belts to literally whoop the backsides of the opposing team after the game during the handshake line.

How long this been trending?

That's not funny and how coaches/parents allow it is baffling.

Only a matter of time before somebody go to the trunk.
