I'm working with 12 Mb/s or 1.5MB/s down, 5 up with comcast.. Looks like that's a little low for other cities with comcast. Can I complain about the price if we are all technically paying the same price?

Just upgraded mine - $5 extra to go from 2Mb to that.

The upload is capped and could be 15Mb if I paid $4 extra - but I don't think that's worth it.
