What would make riots in America?

why do people always think we got to be "hard" to have a great country?
we need smarter people, smarter kids, and smarter government. that's what this country needs. 
 
Too be honest, I think nothing at this point.
The American population is too ignorant of its own government's wheeling and dealing.
It is sedated and is too scared to rise up for what they think is right (unless their religious nutjobs).
Americans are also just.... dumb. They don't care about politics and how and what the government does.
They would rather worry about Heidi Montag than to worry how the rich, the corporation, and the government are screwing them over.
They fall too easily to propaganda.
Ever wonder why Europeans don't fear their government the way most hear do? It's because they protest when the government
starts messing with what they think is theirs. The French strike and protest practically every season over one thing or another.
Their government fears them, as it should be.
 
Sadly, the U.S. will only start rioting when they find out their "public entitlements" are not actually entitled to them.

See, we stand at a cross-roads of ideas. One...though it seems idealistic, is the only realistic option, if we are to take thousands of years of human history as a reference stone. No great change of ideas occurred without great tragedy. The other is, though it seems more realistic, the more idealistic of the options. There have been great movements of peace that lead to great change, but those were always coupled with great tragedies at various points.Dr. Martin had Brother Malcom, The Indian Nationalism movement had Amritsar, Even the Christian religion had the entire old testament. My way, the way of riots due to civil unrest, is people controlling the violence as opposed to violence controlling the people. No Justice No Peace

Everyone wants to be a cool guy. Therefore they reorganize their priorities to where education is the least of their concerns.

Military Conscription(Draft)

Someone kills Obama...
We lose the Olympics.

Police kill someone in our city.

Our sports team wins the Super Bowl, Finals, World Series, etc...

Only reasons why I find people would riot.
 
Protests rarely ever work anymore unless the government does not care. They came up with a task force to join the protests and turn things violent so they can step in and nobody question anything, they've been doing this for a while now.

There will never be another draft. Conscription ruins a professional military.
