WHAT WOULD YOU CONSIDER TO BE ESSENTIAL ALBUMS FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES MUSIC?

I find it funny that you choose to use the word "inventive" when Zeppelin are infamously known for ripping off old blues artists.

What!?  No way, bro!  I had no idea.

My point in quoting that part of your post was to point out the irony of you calling The Beatles the "most overrated band" when one can easily argue the same thing about Led Zeppelin.

If that is your barometer for judging music then you are/have been missing out on a lot of great stuff.

At least you have a high level of self-awareness.

I'm not partial to either band; I like pieces of both of their respective catalogs.  I can appreciate the instrumentation in their music - Bonham was the man.  Hell, one of my favorite Zeppelin songs ("Since I've Been Loving You" and yes, Page's solo has a lot to do with that) was blatantly stolen from someone whom JP said was an "influence".  I don't have a problem with your opinion because you're entitled to it, I have a problem with your faulty logic.  At least try to back up your claims with some semblance of intelligence instead of posting a bunch of rolling smilies as if that validates what you're saying.

But to get the thread back on track:
