What Would You Do? Vol. Giving Strangers Rides

I've only given a stranger a ride one time.  Was driving in my city and saw this guy, who was physically handicapped, limping down the road.  It was probably 90 degrees out and he looked miserable.  Turned around and asked him if he needed a ride.  Ended up taking him a few minutes down the street to the local soup kitchen, a walk that probably would have taken him 25 minutes.  It felt good to help someone, but man he smelled like *@*+.
I think it all depends on the situation
