So I have a unique dilemma about college. I transferred schools, and I enjoy my new school, but I just got my financial aid package for next year and I am notdigging it at all. I am honestly considering going back to my first school. I received way more money last year, and if my old school can give me a betterpackage it would be really tough to stay at my new school...So what would you do? Prestige wise they are equal..And the only way to graduate on time would ofcourse be to go back to my previous school...I transferred because My old school was as boring as the dickens, but now that I got the party out of me I dunnoit's tough.

wats the reason u transferred schools? is the financial aid difference that great?

Edit: sorry i missed the edit. i say go back to your old scool if the money is that great of an issue. partying becomes old fast. education and money doesnt.

at domestic violence. But on the real though... If you want to transfer for the education then stay cause you will easily
make the 10,000 back in the workfield. But if you just transfered for the heck of it just go back and save yourself 10,000.
Come student loan payback time you will thank yourself.

Thanks for the advice, yeah to be honest I basically transferred because it was a decent school in a much better location, but now that it comes down to moneyI am willing to go through one measly year to get that degree

thanks for the input I am leaning towards going back.

Yea honestly they schools you are going to really do matter. I got accepted to go to hamline and Augsburg. Got way more FA from Augsburg (two similar schoolsprestige wise). Didn't go to either though.

Just go where the money at I guess.

If both schools are pretty much the same except one gives you more FA than the other. Go to the school that's more giving. Plus you'll graduate ontime.

IMO go back
