my all time favorite food...

ang masarap na adobo ni inay..( na may dilaw pula na luya )..with some sinangag rice..hmmm..yummy..

i miss going to max's greenbelt, nothing comes close to their fried chicken.

deep fried button mushrooms from bennigan - used to eat there 3x a week, well when it was still operational :frown:

buddys - pancit lukban, with big chunks of deep fried pork, gulaman and their barquillos

phoa - beef noodle soup. pronounced as "fa", as my vietnamese friends would say. there are some restos in SF, but the one back home is what long for.

oh man, i miss manila :frown:

Dang, everybody's posts are making me hungry. I could just imagine what i would order in those restos...

I don't know if anybody's ever heard of this or even like it, but i really love the steak of Steak Joint on annapolis street, behind tapa king... but they closed down already... I think carlo would know this one.

I remeber, the night before i was to get married (not suppose to go out) my bro and i snuck out and went there, only to find that they closed down... talk about not fulfilling the craving!

^It felt different eating pizza hut (after 5 years) having stuffed yellow cab since it popped out.

When I see shakey's it reminds me of the cockroach pizza delight circulating over the email!!

kc... uh.... i mean a few days before my wedding..... yeah that's how it went, now i remember....
I knew you would know steak joint also...

but as for the pizzas, nothing beats comfort food than 3M pizza with the red hot sauce! there's still a branch in shoppesville, the basement floor near aji ichiban across mercury drugs.
