where do i get philly blunts/phatz/cigarillios in vegas?

i'm going to be in vegas this weekend for the morales pacquiao fight and my cousin asked me to bring him back some philly blunts/phatz/cigarillios in different flavors, where's the best place to get them? i'll be staying at the luxor so any place closer to there the better.
