Rodgers for sure. It's amazing to see how well he has performed despite all the controversy and pressure.

I know Rodgers did great this season but people forget people were talking about Matt Ryan like he was an MVP candidate last year.

I like Ryan better

20-10 record as a starter
He takes less sacks 36 to Rodgers 84
7 game winning drives

Ryan will be back in the MVP discussion next year.

11 of those 20 wins were last year where:
- 8 of those wins were against non-playoff teams
- 3 of their 5 losses were also against non-playoff teams
- He benefited from having Turner and Norwood.

Aaron Rodgers had, and still doesn't have, an offensive line, and his RB Ryan Grant is fumble prone and can't average 4.0 YPC.

Rodgers anyday over anyone, including Rivers. Rodgers on SD = SB Champs

talk to me after matty ice has been in the league at least 4 yrs first... Of course A. Rodgers is more experienced he has had more reps and snaps and been inhis system wayy longers...Matty Ice is the man...

Oh and also, the only reason everyone was so high on Rodgers this year...
Green bay strength of Schedule-30
Atlanta Strength of Schedule-4
Look at their rushing yards, this year they were even...Rodgers had better receivers this year..hmmm..skewed much?

So you'd take Flacco over Ryan? The guy who went 4-10 in a playoff game? He's mediocre. Pop is a season ticket holder and I see a lot of that guy, not impressed. Not even close to Matt. There's a reason he was taken 2nd overall (and should've gone 1st).
1) Flacco was/is injured. he can't throw the ball well on a bad hip.
2) he only had 10 attempts.. a QB won't get into rhythm throwing the ball so sparingly.
3) his team won that game. he threw for 264 and 2 TDs when we played the Pats in the regular season, but the Ravens lost that game.

I know good and well about all of that, 100% healthy he's still not as good as Matt Ryan.

'His team' has won games with Dilfer at QB so that argument is bunk.

He took a 5-11 team to the playoffs, with a 25th ranked Defense
Became the single GREATEST rookie QB EVER..
Ran a COMPLETE no-huddle offense in just his third game
Threw a touchdown on his first pass attempt in the NFL...

Keep trying tho

Why is this even being debated? One like women and the other ... well ... grows gay pron staches to bag die hard fans on the subway after home games ...

This is one of those posts where one single season can hype up a player to new heights....
I'd take Rodgers over any QB not named Peyton Manning. Do not debate this.

LOL. You dudes are funny...

So stupid. Those completely disregarding Matt in this discussion are clueless. Ryan is going to be in the upper echelon of QB's for years to come startingprobably with next year.

I predicted that when he was still in college. His rookie year was phenomenal, followed by a good year, which is to be expected with more offensive load beingcarried on by a young QB.

Next year he breaks out and people won't find this question so easy. You can quote me on that. NT is the home of hypebeast and dudes have no insight intohow things might play out in the future.

Dude... did you SEE Green Bay's offensive line this year? The first seven/eight games were ABYSMAL. Like as bad as it gets.

...He still threw 14 TDs and 2 INTs by Week 8.
