why doesnt my BB curve have a browser?

I just got a brand new BB curve 8330 from sprint, activated and realize that it did not come with an internet browser. I have the simply everything plan thatincludes unlimited interent access, why doesnt my phone have a browser??

I did all the research I could, called sprint and was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up..

did I get a faulty phone?

go to options, mobile network, then hit the menu button, then go to Start provisioning

You blackbreey hasn't registered to the network properly. Call sprint and make sure the blackberry data plan has been added on and simply remove thebattery and put it back in. You should get a text message saying you blackberry is registered to the network.
