Why don't Nike make PEs anymore?

is there a reason why Nike don't release PEs anymore? are they not popular because people only buy LBJ, Kobe, KD or perhaps nike has to pay $$$ to the players? 

some of my favourite shoes in my collection are Zoom BB Ben Gordon, Zoom Flightclub Caron Butler and OJ Mayo, Hyperfuse Russell Westbrook and Air Max Flight Stephen Curry. i wouldve loved to buy some 2012 Hyperdunk PEs if they made them.

Coz they realized that those did not sell well. I love PE's as well, had a lot of those from way back.

Funny thing is most of the players didn't even wear them. I don't think any of the players touched the Air Max Flight.
