i think his point is, here is a nice jacket with a picture of the first 22 shoes on it. he is saying, they should have waited for the 23 to come out so then the nice jacket could have a pic of every Air Jordan, it would be more complete, instead of making a jacket with 22 out of 23 shoes on it when it is so close to the 23 coming out anyways.

that being said of course JB is gunna release jackets in the winter, thats when they get sold, this jacket was probably designed and produced a while back when the 23 was not really all that close to release. i dont think it is that much of an evil ploy to scam us all out of money.
