WINDOWS 10

Does anyone know how if I can add a document template to the "right click new" in a folder.

In my Wednesday job I write reports (medical negligence basically) all using the same template. I usually go to a blank one I have made and start there but if I could right click in a folder and open that template that would be cool. I've been in the registry but can't see how I can do it.

This is the menu if I've not been clear:

View media item 2165910
I want a specific .dot file in that list.

Would be much appreciated.

Not sure if this is what you're trying to do, as they explain it for an .XML file

Thanks, that's what I was looking at - but I can't seem to be able to add a specific template or file to that list.

Why are dudes hating on Windows 10? Jus dual boot Linux if you hate it that much

I for one have had no problems with it since launch. Minor niggles

Read too many horror stories regarding random rebooting due to auto updating, random bugs, etc. 8.1 is stable enough for me now so im sticking with that and continuing to let windows 10 fans beta test something that was released more than a year ago and still gets daily complaints about being buggy as ****.
