I just don't see what the whoop is besides the interface. And I'd prefer running XP with 1 GB over Vista with 2 GB. That's just me though.
It should be in the Object Dock options but you can also change it by right clicking the task bar and clicking properties and then click auto hidetask bar.Originally Posted by Israeln23

If you're using object dock, you can hide it completely by going to the dock settings and checking "Hide the Windows Taskbar".Originally Posted by Israeln23

Or you can unlock the taskbar by right clicking it, go to properties and check "auto-hide the taskbar"
