After rolling out several leaks from Toronto rapper Devontée these past few months, we're bringing you his new mixtape, District Vibe. As usual, the project is largely self-produced, outside of one contribution from BurdxKeyz and MidKnight. Dev generally handles the tracks solo on the mic as well, though he does welcome memorable verses from Jay Glavany and Joey Bad*****.
