One thing I have always wondered as a female customer of Jordan Brand is why did he decide to get rid of bigger sizes. I wear a sz 10 (8.5 mens) and I miss the women's releases that used to come out. I recently got lucky and ended up getting a pair of my favorite Violet X's on eBay for $88. The older releases are very rare and not many of them are on eBay.

I think this is thread worthy, so this is why I started one. Are there any other ladies on here, even guys who think Jordan Brand should start the women's sizes up again. Not every woman can fit into a GS shoe...

Also, does anyone on here have some contact info so I can ask Nike/Jordan about this myself? I have some ideas brewing up, not sure on what approach I should make but I'm willing to try something out. I appreciate anything given. Post your thoughts here!

Some examples of the older women's releases from JB

One of the releases that in my opinion should be a women's release

It's a shame they don't use color in 5 soles and netting more often..

^In this day and age, possibly......only pair I was interested in was the sunset V's. Picked those up before I left Washington for $80 in a women's 13. I liked em because besides the netting, I never have to worry about the soles turning yellow.

I would love to get my hands on some Violet X's. I think women sizes have a pretty good chance of selling now, but I'm guessing JB doesn't see the risk being worth it. Kinda sucks for you ladies.

Why make women sizes if you're an 8.5 or smaller you still fit I'm Gradeschool sizes.
Now if you're a 9.0+ in women's you'd fit in 7.5+ in men's.
Only thing lacking is the colors, but with JB that's always been lacking after their OG's schemes.

I wish I can buy a size 12 womens in the Snakeskin XIs..... :smh:

I wear a 8.5 in MENS, so that's a 10 in womens sizes, can't fit the GS size at all. If you go on Nike.com, they do have the Spizike for women in bigger sizes that you can customize.

maybe someday they will retro some of the good colors in men's sizes... only the good ones though none of that hot pink type ****

Maize 7s were legit, there were a few women's releases I'm still checking for today.

But I doubt if the Women's sizing would come back when the kids sizes directed towards women are sitting in a lot of places.

Depends because if those pink IV's were released in womens I would def. cop them, it also depends on the colorways of the shoe as well since some of the smaller Jordans truly do look like something for a kid in gradeschool

I feel you. I also wear a women's 10. I wanted these and I can't get them because they were released in GS sizes. A lot of women, especially athletes have this issue. I'm sure sales in women's sizes were poor. Maybe Jordan Brand should do limited men's sizes for certain colorways. I think selling those shoes up to a size 9 in men would be fine.

I was PISSED when I couldn't get the V-day Vs!

All of these pictured here I would have copped if they were in bigger sizes. Those V's are amazing as well as the Spizikes, I want to contact someone from JB and see if they have any plans to revamp the womens side...
