Whats good guys? A couple of months ago I might have sprained my left wrist while doing reverse dumbbell curls. The outer part of my wrist has been in pain anytime I rotate it ever since. I'm on some anti-inflammatory drugs and am using voltren which seems to be helping, but I was wondering if any of you had a similar problem and how you went about rehabbing it to a full heal?
