X and XIII question

Do they both fit true to size or a little tight? I heard that the XIII's fit a little tight. I'm planning to get them a lil early.


Sneakers are meant to be worn not stored.

XIIIs run true to size and theyre wide, but im not sure about Xs

x's run small..small and narrow so I would say go up 1/2 a size
