i contacted them at 7:12pm and the code was in my email at 9pm I just now got up from a nap and saw it there.

shottadru don't do it brah the servers are down right now anyways. That's the reason they haven't been sending them out.

Yup...mine died 2 days after I got it. They replaced it with the quickness tho

I looked it up when mine died and apparently it was an issue with the 1st batch

The EA chat support worked

Found a used code on reddit and sent an email to EA chat support saying I keep getting an error for a code I was sent.

Thought they were gonna tell me to go kick rocks. Sent it at 8:31, went to eat, and at exactly 10:31 I received the code through email. Didn't even have to chat with customer service.
