all these players are great players with franchise talent but lacks in leadership.
they can TRY to be a leader, but just BETTER off being a 2nd option.

^i said he's better off being a 2nd option.

he won 3rings being a shaq's sidekick. so far he has won zero being a leader himself...

what would you rather have? 3 rings or 0 rings LOL

we can't really tell because he never been or will be 2nd option in his career.
for the record, he's been sucessful being a leader in the league.

You sure about that? Then how come everything that comes out of your +!%@@! mouth has to do with Kobe? How much time do you spend thinking about him on a dailybasis? We all get it. You hate him. You love Lebron. You don't need to let S&T know about it every +!%@@! time Kobe pops into your head.

This is like the time you started a "Kobe's Maturity Appreciation Thread" and claimed that you didn't have an agenda, and then proceeded toargue for like 30 pages that Lebron is better.

Give it a rest.

how has he been more sucessful than Kobe as the first option
when neither has any rings by them self

Kobe has led his team to two number one seeds and the finals
and has a MVP

Lebron has 1 number one seed and one finals appearance
with one MVP

?
Whats the difference

LOL Paul Pierce? If you are going to go with him then you gotta go with Kevin Garnett who rarely led his team to anything before coming to Boston.

Bosh is an interesting one though, he's basically hit his ceiling already.

ALL players need talent around them though.

If i were too put the rings into the convo this wouldnt even be a discussion

You still aint told me how Lebron has accomplished more and showed more leadership as the first option tho?
