Dudes did things on the court that were unheard of in their era.

Changed the game to what we know and love today.

Shaq was just so athletic and physical. He just did not give a +$%#, he was gonna get his.

... and not enough can be said about the great basketball I.Q. and athleticism of Michael Jordan.

NO ONE has ever lived up to the name of beast like he has in Orlando.

Man sometimes I forgot how dominate Shaq was in his younger years. Shoot, even his early years with LA he was running up and down the court just mashing onpeople. He literally couldn't be stopped.

LeBron is changing the game in a way we have never seen too though.

Who would have ever thought that someone could take 6 steps without dribbling at it not be a travel???

thanks for those vids

hopefully todays younger generation under the age of 10 will come across footage of shaq and how dominant he really was.
age and injuries really have taken a toll on the big guy. as for mj...not enough can be said about him. simply the greatest player.

dan majerle

Even in his best Lakers days, Shaq was never quite the same athlete he was in his Magic days, before he suffered that injury in the 95-96 season..

it kinda sucks nowadays because you just don't get to see rims being thrown down like in '92. young shaq would do it like every other game

The quality of referring in the NBA is awful. There are so many bad calls down the stretch that always have major effects on the dictating of the games. ThatDan Majerle instance was just one exampl.e, what LeBrn and the other superstars in the league get away with is ridiculous. It makes some games unwatchable.

Man seein a young SHAQ...it would suck so bad to have had to guard him. smh that was crazy. kinda forgot the Beast that he was.

two things that made Jordan even more special, more so in his early years, was the size of his hands and the fact that he could be equally explosive jumpingoff one foot or two.
Kobe had the ability to jump off one or two feet but didn't have the hands and Lebron is more explosive off one foot and is "regular" jumping offtwo.

Yup, but Lebron can't even dunk gracefully like the Reign Man, Shawn Kemp...
