if that's the scale, by default it would have to be favorite. if the title of the thread was changed, the reponses would still be the same.

i still don't see how anyone can say someones choices would be laughable if that was the criteria.

It's laughable because I see albums that don't belong in the top double digits period being listed as top 5. What part of the game is that ?

having an opinion IS the game, if everyone has the same list, there wouldn't be a thread like this, it would just be a sticky at the top of the forum

your thinkin too much about it

Please don't, you'll be in for a headache. Hell I'll site the great messiah himself, "don't argue with fools, from a distance a you can't tell who's who."

These are other peoples favorite albums of all time not yours. So why even try to argue. Everyone got their own opinions.

B, I know the #%+! is all opinion, did you see me try and change anybody's? And for the record, there needs to be an official distinction between"favorite" albums and "top" albums of all time. I always just assumed that top albums is synonymous with GOAT, and favorite meant yourpersonal favorite.

Top and favorite are 2 different things but when you say "Your top" it comes off as meaning "favorite". For instance NaS' top album isIllmatic but my favorite album by him would be Stillmatic.
