On the 'my account' page after I made a log-in. Just says Payment Status 'Paid', Fulfillment Status 'Unfulfilled'.

Just says 'unfillled'. Status is paid.

Ok so now the pending charge has disappeared except they emailed to say my order wouldn't be cancelled... No email cancellation and order shows unfulfilled on site. Anyone else?

That's right. Two orders. Same cards/addresses.

I just got an email from Union - I emailed them when I realised ordering one of each colourway was disallowed to see if they'd be willing to negotiate.... here's what they came back with: "Hello Adam, Different color way orders are ok, we won't need to cancel." Order numbers are 15xxx (black)...
