Im a 10 minute mile jogger, try last whole thing without burning myself out too fast. So all the half marathon take me a little over 2 hours to finish. but 2 hours seem to go by fast without even noticing. I can run longer if I pace myself,  I alway get burn out too soon when I push too hard...
