Had trouble with the FNL check out. Says there was a problem with the card, but that wasn't the case (obviously). Called up the 800# and they processed the order for me. So anyone having that same issue, I'd advise you do the same ASAP.

Thanks, I'll check it out. It seems as if it might be under the actual rubber sole so I would need a product that could possibly penetrate it. It's crazy, never seen this before on any of my Js.

I could have sworn when I put these on today they were flawless. I'm sure some of you are like me, and when we walk in these you walk extremely carefully. After a few hours of rocking these I came back home to clean and noticed this. It looks like a redish brown stain, almost like dried jelly...

Ok, I wasn't sure if its the case because I have no images to compare it to. That thread doesn't specify if its even fixable. I would image since it's been half a decade, surely, some of you have Spacejams that might have this issue. Any suggestions? I believe mine is inside the sole and not on...

None of those images in the thread worked because its over 5 years ago. 

Update: I've used seaglow, toothpaste, soap, bleach, special stain remover and nothing is working. I'm at a loss here. 

Sorry for bumping an old thread but I'm at a complete loss. I just discovered this yesterday after wearing them for a few hours. Nothing is taking this off. I've been brushing for 10 mins now and I swear it's almost embedded underneath or something. Anyone see this before or have a suggestion...
