This was happening to me too, I had to call my bank and they told me to watch how input my name. It worked in the end.

Their checkout was playing games, it kept sending me back to the billing page or timing me out. I had to take the suffix out of my name and then it magically worked. Not sure why though.

I got a confirmation e-mail from FNL, but I'm still worried I'll get that cancellation. They charged me though.
