The College Basketball Post

Three straight years UK has managed to have a big man who could not only protect the rim but hold their own out on the perimeter. What's even crazier is its not like guys like that are common at all but they keep popping up now more than ever.

Meh Calamari was foul shots away from doing it in Memphis.

Really impressive how quickly Grant that ball up the floor. Literally baseline to baseline in 6 ticks.
Memphis wasn't unbeaten in that championship game

did they end up vacating it? dont recall

karnowski gonna eat tomorrow :smokin
Vacated of course and they lost one before it. Like I said, that team was foul shots from doing it. Worst foul shooting team in a long time.

^ must be easy when calapari cuttin the check. payday must be special for kentucky's bigs

I was not as impressed with WCS tonight... complete non factor on offense, ND feasted in the paint and P&R

Don't get me wrong he was great on the straight switch onto the guards the last 10mins but really was underwhelming tonight.

I'm shaking. This too much for me. My pops and brothers all texting. Sapped. Craziest stuff I've seen.

Only reason I even want to consider agreeing is because of what I saw from Auguste all game. But honestly, that was more on KAT. WCS's help d was legit, I thought.

 @ yall thinking Cal still paying players.

His resume speaks for itself now, he don't even have to recruit kids, March and June keep them coming on their own.

How many of his guys have gone in the lottery? How many of his guys played in the Final Four?

Exactly.

Auguste feasted!

He was not effective. He wasn't. For 30 minutes.

He's allowed the benefit of the doubt from me from the last 8 or so minutes because he was so great on the straight switch, but I thought even Connaughton ate in the paint.

WCS had 2 def rebs and 2 blocks ALL NIGHT!!

He will have to be better for UK versus Dekker (Most likely he gets that tough assignment)

I think Wisc is a TOUGH matchup.

They don't make mistakes.

KAT can't guard anybody but Frank so that leaves WCS straight up with Dekker out on the perimeter.

Bo Ryan will test this "he can guard 1-5" because its easier to do in spurts in P&R then it is to be run off screens and being on the island out on the perimeter.

Nigel Hayes vs Lyles will be a good matchup too.

Ivan Rabb hits the 2nd of two FTs with 0.8 secs left in OT to win California Open Division State Title in front of Cuonzo Martin at Haas Pavilion. Says he won't rush to commit...he'll probably end up in Tucson.
