^I always see people suggesting the Nu-cap kit. I seen an all white fitted restored very nicely using it, im just unsure if bleach or any other products outside of the nucap is needed for the white part.

Went to the site and noticed all the caps used were dark color, old man everyday worn for the last 20-yrs type dirt lol, my hat is pretty clean its just yellowed due to age, any other suggestions?

Agreed, im becoming more disgusted with new era and started to lose my love for new era. The audacity to ask $40 dollars for a regular onfield that just has a glued on patch. Ill do the same and either wait for them to go on sale or will bother my friend who still works at champs for the hookup

new era's arent worth retail to me anymore or any where near it until they fit the damn sizing problems.

before it use to be $36 after tax for a well made hat, no ridiculous high crown. It felt like you were actually wearing a baseball cap. And now you're dishing out nearly $50 dollars for a really inconsistent crappy made cap that pretty much has the structure of a snapback, with a patch they just glued on to the same 34 dollar hat that you bought last week and the patch will eventually peel off due to the heat in under a year.

patches are trash, very cheap and fall off half the time. while yes they are releasing all these cool editions, throwbacks the players wear, etc, etc the quality has gone down. not sure if its because of the polyester material or they are just doing it for fun.
i remember when the hats were almost perfect in terms of look and especially fit.
these new hats the last few years are trash, im especially talking about the USA made too. people hate on the china made but the USA are just as bad or worse.

Because they've raised their All Star hats every other year or two. My 08 and 09 AS hats were $34. Now $40, it's foolish. In 2015 it will be $42 or $43. I buy plenty of hats but New Era is getting out of hand. Prices are too high, crowns are too high, sizing is always off and patches fall off. I've learned over the last few season that almost every hat goes on sale online. Just buy it and swap it out at the store for the correct size.
