i remember as a kid i use to watch those alien specials on fox every friday (forgot the name). It was the hot thing in the 90's on TV. and I use to bescared watching it.
But this footage doesn't convince me
It could have been that he was sick or drunk and the electrical disturbance was just a coincidence.

Why would aliens want to abduct humans?
I mean supposedly they can travel across galaxies but are fascinated by us idiots?
Wouldn't a few abductions quench their thirst? I don't see humans abducting sardines to examine them anymore.
