One would hope not... Some of us have too much to lose to sell bang bang stuff. There response was pretty straight forward though, threatening a law suit. The request for an apology had me rolling though. 

It's hard to control what people say about you, your company, and your merchandise on the internet. It's an open forum and very gray area as far as slander and defamation goes.

From what I observe its pretty easy to spot a fugazi rolex. The dial and magnifying glass seem to be the biggest flags.
