I'll co-sign I hardly ever listen to Pac. He's got a few good ones I throw on every now and then but not in my top 10 either.

Pac isn't anywhere in my top anything, but I could understand why one would rate him that highly. I just don't care for his music.

I'm from NY and he gets a lot of praise from me. I agree Immortal Technique in a top 10 is ridiculous, but everyone is subject to their own opinion

Immortal Technique actually talks about real !%# in his songs. Tupac can't compare to him lyrically. Songs like you never know and dance with the devil,just beyond anything tupac has ever done. Easily top 10.

Theres nothing wrong with not having Pac up in your lists, NT sees it every month from people. He's a polarizing dude, on and off the mic. I would throwhim in the top 6 or so--when he was on it, he was as good as anyone has ever been, but that's just me.

As a rapper, one who has lyrics and can deliver he's close, but not top 10, maybe top 25. He had great delivery, one of the best, but half of his songs arewack and he wrote many bad and repetitive rhymes. As a hip-hop artist, which is more about entertainment, he's in my top 5, he knew how to make good music.Big Pun is one of my favorite rappers (top 10), but he had 10 good songs, more or less. Pac had songs for days and although some were wack I can name 20 songsoff the top that I like by Pac. I think there are many who are better lyricist than Pac, but their music doesn't have a message or is simply bad. You canbe the best lyricist but if you can't make GOOD music then your nothing. Tupac is liked by so many because he made good music and some off it had amessage. As for Immortal Technique, sure he talks about real ++%, but as a rapper I think he needs to improve his delivery and as an artist he isn't thatgreat either. I won't front I think Immortal is great, but to say 2pac had nothing on him is unreasonable. Sure Tupac wasn't like Lupe when it came towriting lyrics, but songs like "brendas got a baby" are timeless classics that are on the same level as "dance with the devil". My opinion,not facts.
