Man tell me about it I've been trying to move this Countdown pack for the longest, but luckily I'm not beasting for money or anything so it's allgood.

The best time to have gotten rid of your sneakers is right around when the XX's dropped... that spring was when I seen prices the highest.

99 IV's was going for about $600-$900, as well as other very desirable kicks.

Check the Sig, I'm selling a package that came out like 3 months ago and no one wants to buy it for $70 off

Real talk, prices are down on everything. I only try to sell on EGAY, but man it hard on there with too many flakes and people winning some kicks and notwanting to pay . I might try the Niketalk B/S forums now too

p.s. ISS is wack!

Give it time like everything it will bounce back, its just a rough time for most people, and the market is saturated with all the gimmick shoes (fusions, overpriced collab shoes, and horrible quality retro's DMP, BMP etc.). The whole thing got out of control honestly. I would still to this day have noproblem paying a decent amount of money for a brand new pair of Colombia blue XI's OG, or if someone by some chance had a slightly worn wearable pair of OGmilitary blue iv's id crack the wallet open for that. I still see people dropping a grand+ on certain shoes, and 700 etc for special hyperdunks so peopleare still buying just not beat to death shoes

The site is but their B/S is better than NTs. I've been here longer and I can attest to that (don't let the join date fool you). The onlything that sucks is that the prices are way too high and people still use the old Paypal interest rate when calculating the final price.

yeah i mean i got olympic 7's ds for 190 and nobody's biting. they been for sale for 2 months!

That's a steal.

You are 100% percent correct.

I remember not any more than a year and a half ago, I was selling shoes like wildfire. I'd have 10 pairs at a time, and move them within the week. I wasobtaining steals on eBay and flipping them, and making nice profit.

Luckily I got out of the business aspect of that when I did. That's the thing; you have to know when to get in, and when to get out.

Now, I'd be a fool if I thought that prices were going to stay the same as they did.

DS kicks that people actually want are still fetching the same prices as before . . .

You cant expect to sit on any CDP for 6-8 months and try to profit (or really break even after tax, paypal/ebay fees). . . you have to have stuff that peopleactually want and cant find anywhere else except for you. Unfortunately, this doesnt apply to many shoes that have come out in the past 3-5 years.

Recession = smarter purhases . . . where artificially inflated shoes that people snatched up JUST because they were jordans/sbs etc become reasonable againbecause people have them on hand to sell.

The real key is keeping everything DS . . . keeps the market more efficient because there is no assymetric information involved in the transaction whereeither the buyer/seller knows a material fact that the other doesnt.

doesnt this always happen? prices are set, increases due to hype/ebay BIN's, then it drops for awhile, then prices go up even higher....this has been atrend back when i sold shoes
speaking of selling shoes, i have shoes that were DS since 04 that i gotta get rid of...lol
