it all depends on what kind of chinese place you eating at.the friendly neighborhood chinese spot generally has the same things on the menu: fried chicken(half/wings etc)beef with brocoli,sweet & sour pork/chicken,egg rolls,general tso,sesame chicken,fried dumplings,& a miriad of fried rice.if you everhit a legit chinese restaurant dimsum of steamed or fried variety is a must.hakao (steamed shrimp in a rice flour wrapper),siomai,chicken feet,taosi spareribs= crazy delicious!

Schezuan beef. If I'm unfamiliar with the place I usually go with a vegetarian dish sans tofu and get like chicken wings, ribs etc on the side. I hatequestionable meat from Chinese joints
