So I was offered DS galaxies for my DS stealths and my NDS coppers. I never trade/sell any of my foams. I offered him concord XIs, bred XIs, and BC IIIs and he said deal. Then proposed this trade. Yes I could buy the coppers and stealths after the trade. But I don't see coppers available that much and stealths are like 350 now
 
Hmmm..... With a trade like that, I should start looking for some galaxies.

...Probably more expensive to replace what you traded in this deal vs. the other deal, but in terms of keeping/losing better quality shoes, you win, IMO. I don't even consider the '11/'12 Concords/"Breds" Jordans - those joints are monstrosities and bastardizations of greatness on colossal level. BCs are good enough though. So, personally, I wouldn't even replace the Xis. I'd take the absence of them in your collection as an excuse to hunt '01 pairs or OGs instead. ....The way things are so backwards today, it shouldn't even cost you much more than it would to replace them with the recent horrible retro versions.

Too bad you aren't my size, homie. I have ungodly multiples of OGs of both of those XIs (at one point I had like Corgi numbers of the black/reds, but I've slowly traded/sold a bunch over the years) and I would have been happy to hook you up. ...Actually, if you were my size, you might be broke as hell because you'd probably have bought all my vintage AF1 doubles and triples. :tongue:

I would MUCH rather trade home the 3 Jordan's for them. But he wants my stealths and coppers. Stealths are about 400 to replace and I got them for retail. Coppers are 300-350 to replace and if a e just over retail for them. It's a great deal for me, but I'm still uneasy about trading through the mail... But we will see what happens

True, but he's not on NT so he wouldn't know anyone on here more than likely. Just trying to figure out who he and I would both trust with 500-800 dollars worth of our shoes

There's also the method where you don't actually trade. You sell one another the shoes, both at inflated prices. Neither person ships until both invoices are paid. This way you have invoices and the protection of a seller/buyer in paypal and stuff. If either person tries to scam, the other person voids the transaction. Each person has a greater interest in the other person coming out okay because they've each sent out more money than the shoes are worth. The only way to not be screwed is for the other person to send you back the money. in your sale, so they have to be satisfied with the transaction. ...Essentially, you are changing the incentive structure. ...If I don't ship on my end, then all I did was buy shoes at twice what they are worth, and the other person would be happy as hell. You'll lose money in the fees, but you can even do this through ebay as "private auctions" to make it even more on the up and up.

Not sure how team posite feels about these but I'm happy with this pick-up. The sport royal color is real vibrant in person and the grey is darker than they look in pics

Haven't picked up any j's recently other than the playoff 8s n the last concords but I'd say they're a deeper blue than the dark pine soles. You could maybe even say replica space jam icy hah
 
Wasnt really a fan of how dark the grey upper is in person, might pick these up if I can find the right price though.
