Wrong for these reasons:
-Would have been a distinct smell of cat urine on that block. Large quantities of urine are needed to produce meth.
-If a meth lab is being run unattended the house would have blown up by now.

hes probably growing killa. you may want to let him know hes not being discrete enough if your folks notice his odd hours
also a rule of thumb for growing is spending 20 minutes a day per light on maintenance. anything more and you are doing it wrong.

So if you saw someone doing weird or suspicious activitiy, you would just turn your head?
What if you have kids? you dont know what harm that person could bring to your family.
The best thing to do is just try to be friendly and ask questions, get to know your new neighbor, instead of just looking and starting rumours.
Maybe if you ask a few questions, he'll explain why he's in and out the house.
