Just got my finish line order from UPS like 5 mins ago, and my receipt said 114.99. I used the 20% off code, so I thought I was getting them for 91.99. I think I'm gonna call customer service and return them just on principle. I wasn't even gonna cop until I saw the discount. And after lookin at them in person. I could live without them. I'm talkin about the CG btw.

Yea i got mine today and i used the code and my receipt it had 115 insted of the 97 i had had on my email confirmation. I gotta check this out

i checked my checking account online [used my debit card and 20% discount] and it seems that the code did work cause they charged me $95, but the invoice that comes with the sneakers says $117? weird :rolleyes

I placed my order on finishline on sunday and they still have not shipped out does it always take this long

inchecksince81 same thing with me.. i called my credit card company to see how much Finish Line charged me for the CG's and it was 97 and change and my invoice says 115.. Guess it is weird but no complains here since i love these shoes. I think i might get the white/blue pair when they drop.
 
ummm mine didnt work either showed that i paid 122.81 but i only paid 99 they might go back and check on all the orders and get there money
 
so wats the final verdict on the discount??

Hey guys no worries. I drove to my local finishline, and spoke to a very knowledgeable manager and customer service rep on the phone. Although the final invoice reads that we were charged full MSRP, we were still only charged the discounted price. The customer service rep explained to me that the final invoices are printed before discounts are applied.

Got mine today and haven't had a chance to look at the invoice yet. They charged my debit card 99.58 so I don't think it's anything to worry about. Oh yea Finishline shipping is the truth, ordered on Saturday and recieved on Thursday at 2pm.
 
customer service told me it's against the law to charge retail when in your order confirmation it clearly states the discounted price.. so no worries...
 
If you ordered extra pairs you could go to finishline with the packing slip/invoice and get a credit of the full MSRP with tax and make a profit on the shoe from finishline.

the invoice printout has a barcode... the cashier will scan that barcode and their system will probably read the price you paid. either that or the order number will reflect the price you paid.. BUT, i'm just guessing.. lol
