Anybody else have classes start back up tomorrow?

I'm transferring this quarter and tomorrow is my first day. I can't wait to start something new, BUT I'm not exactly excited to have classes startback up, especially since I gotta go everyday.
good thing is I only have 60 credits left which I can get done in 4 quarters easily depending on how they make the courses available, but damn, tomorrow? AND Icommute and have class everyday, that's about a 35 minute drive to school I got each morning when I'm not a morning person

AND I don't have my books, AND it's accounting/finance classes so unless they're different from the accounting courses I took already(which Idon't see how really), I'm not looking good starting out the gate...expensive %*% books

what uni do you go to? Also can you explain how the quarter system work as opposed to a semester?
 
Yep. Second Semester of my senior year of high school, so I dont mind going back, but I'm not exactly thrilled about it. I arranged my schedule so I'dtake most of my harder classes in my first semester, so this semester I dont have too much to worry about
 
I've been in class since the 27th...so my break was only like 2 weeks long...smh
 
Jan 20th for me. They cut down too, last year our winter break was almost as long as the summer vacation.
 
I start my freshman year of college tomorrow. Its a hour drive to and from school plus miami traffic so I gotta wake up at 6. 09 is gonna be a long year.

And I start again tomorrow. I'm kind of excited, actually. I'll be taking Intermediate Macro

I do, but i have a bunch of credits to make up through online courses. I think im gonna close this tab and focus.
 
ah yeah not looking forward to going back at all, but hey just means it will be over sooner
 
Classes start for me on the 20th. I'm not hoping that day comes quickly because I have four classes that day.
 
Start a winter course tomorrow. Economic Stats from 10-1 M-F. Should be fun...
 
Winter term starts tommorow at UMD. Taking one class from 9-12 everyday for 3 weeks.

Spring semester starts 26th.
 
I start tomorrow as well at UCSB. I'll be commuting from home, which is about a 30-35 minute drive after living in an apartment close to campus (in IslaVista) for the past year.
