wasnt the date 1/17/06 the deadline to recieve shipments? if so how come none of my spots have recieved their shipments today yet they all claim they will have em in by the 28th

i work at footlocker, and we just got an email from the ontario mills footlocker, they have just confirmed that they will have the package available..
 
i asked some people and they told me its getting pushed back again into feb?? damn a lot of people dont' even have a clue what's going on.
