Nike wouldn't let me use my 20% off promo code. They said its been like that for launch items for a while now. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't remember ever having this problem before.

I've never had a problem with them, I was able to use a 20% on a pair of 72-10's when they launched.

I have too, that's why I was wondering WTF. did you guys call it in after the fact, or did you find somewhere to input it? I haven't used one in about a year, but I never had a problem.

You can call in after the order to have it applied. If you are using snkrs, you can input the code online before you order through snkrs. It will remember the code on your account, and when you use snkrs later, it will apply the discount.

I've done it a million times before too, but for some reason it didn't work with the Just Don release. I talked to 2 reps that said it was too late to apply my code, and that was only 5 minutes after I received my email and during the period where I could still cancel my order.

I called immediately afterward and tried to apply it. I was told I can't use it fur launch items. I tried to input the code ahead of time both last night, and this morning on the computer but I didn't see a place to input it.

They were the ones who gave it to me. I would have rather paid retail for PSNY's than have a promo code.
