At the same time, with this type of business, by hiring her, they actually could've broadened their customer base.

Their only mistake was using the terms 'white', and 'ghetto'. The hiring manager they chose to represent them was an idiot...

if youre not good at striping , for a striping profession, what do they tell you.. youre not qualified. if you cant talk to customers as a customer service repbecause you talk using slang terms, they wont hire you.. i guess they were just too honest about it. noone likes to hear the truth
